  • RAG-powered replies grounded in uploaded business documents via ChromaDB; a self-correcting writer loops through an AI proofreader up to 3 times.

  • Smart auto-send guard flags sensitive keywords for human approval; sentiment analysis detects urgency and tone.

  • Threaded inbox dashboard with analytics, a review queue, and policy chat; multi-user Google OAuth.
